Refund and Cancellation Policy
For training programs offered by Tesseract, a user may request a cancellation one week before their chosen batch commencement date. A transaction processing charge of 25% of the training fee paid by the user will be deducted and the remaining will be refunded within 30 working days of cancellation request being raised by the user. However, once the user has made the payment and accessed the training content, no refund would be permitted.
We always strive to maximize the value for our users. But if you are displeased with our courses, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the course, that Tesseract apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course, and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period, and have no cash value.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you have consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you have previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund and/or restrict all future use of the Services. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.
